The National Education Summit Zimbabwe (NESZ) is participating in the Transparency International Zimbabwe Integrity and Accountability Summit 2026, taking place on 7–8 July 2026.
NESZ is leading Forum 4: Strengthening Integrity and Accountability in the Education Sector — a dedicated dialogue examining integrity risks across the education value chain, including budgeting, resource allocation, school infrastructure development, procurement, school governance, and service delivery. The session will explore how corruption and weak accountability undermine access to quality education, and will identify practical measures to strengthen transparency, safeguard education investments, and improve learning outcomes for all learners.
NESZ participates in Forum 4 alongside the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (MoPSE) and fellow civil society stakeholders.
This participation reaffirms NESZ’s position as Zimbabwe’s authoritative civil society voice on education policy and governance. Wherever Zimbabwe’s education sector is discussed at the national level — in policy dialogues, investment forums, or accountability platforms — NESZ is committed to leading and shaping that conversation.
Updates and outcomes from the summit will be published on this platform.
Follow NESZ on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube for real-time updates.
