Harare, Zimbabwe | 25 June 2026 — Three weeks have passed since the National Education Summit Zimbabwe (NESZ) 2026 concluded on 30 May 2026, and the ripple effects of Zimbabwe’s premier education dialogue continue to shape conversations in schools, government, and the private sector.
Held under the theme “From Policy to Practice: Driving Innovation and Investment in Zimbabwe’s Education System,” NESZ 2026 was organised by Action Empowerment Zimbabwe in partnership with a coalition of strategic stakeholders committed to advancing education as a national development priority.
Reflecting on the summit, Action Empowerment Zimbabwe takes this opportunity to formally acknowledge the partners and individuals whose contributions made NESZ 2026 a success.
HEADLINE SPONSOR: INNBUCKS
NESZ 2026 was made possible at scale through the generous support of InnBucks, the summit’s headline sponsor. InnBucks’ investment in Zimbabwe’s education sector reflects a forward-thinking commitment to national development, and NESZ is proud to have had their partnership at the centre of this year’s edition.
STRATEGIC PARTNERS
The summit benefited enormously from the partnership of four key organisations:
The Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (MoPSE) provided the policy framework, governmental authority, and institutional support that anchored the summit’s relevance and credibility.
The Business Diary brought media reach, business community engagement, and investment narrative to the summit, amplifying its message to Zimbabwe’s commercial and entrepreneurial sectors.
Action for Empowerment Zimbabwe (AEZ) ensured that civil society perspectives, community voices, and grassroots development imperatives remained at the heart of the summit’s agenda.
GRATITUDE TO ALL PARTICIPANTS
Action Empowerment Zimbabwe extends its sincere appreciation to every school, TVET institution, and university that participated; to the speakers, panelists, and subject-matter experts who enriched the programme; to the exhibitors and sponsors who brought their innovations and solutions to the floor; to the organising committee whose dedication made the summit operational; to the volunteers who gave their time without reservation; and to the thousands of delegates who travelled from across Zimbabwe to be part of this national conversation.
WHAT COMES NEXT
The NESZ 2026 Communiqué — capturing key resolutions, recommendations, and commitments — has been published and shared with all stakeholders. Action Empowerment Zimbabwe will continue to track and report on implementation progress in the months ahead.
As NESZ grows toward a regional platform for Southern Africa and the broader continent, the organisation welcomes partnership enquiries from governments, development institutions, private sector organisations, and civil society bodies committed to education transformation in Africa.
